Tesco is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how all personal information collected via the Tesco Healthy Living Tracker (Tracker) will be used. If you have any queries or requests concerning your personal information please see the customer service details below.

Information Collected
Tesco Tracker collects personal information when you sign up for our services, including your name, email address and other (mainly health-related) information in order to help you use the tracker.
Monitoring
We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use in order to improve the service provided. However, information that can identify a visitor, such as a name or address, is not collected in this process, nor does Tesco require disclosure of such information, unless the customer subscribes to the service. Information that can identify a visitor is collected only when the visitor provides it voluntarily
Access to Clubcard information
We will access the information recorded through the use of your Clubcard to help us improve our service to you and make our communications more relevant.

Tesco will use your information to:

Your information may be passed to and used by all Tesco companies. We may also use and disclose information (in a way that no individual customers are identified) for strategic development purposes e.g. to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of improving our service.

Tesco Tracker may contain links to other web sites that are outside Tesco’s control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you that will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from this one. We therefore recommend that you check the policy of each site that you visit and make sure that you are comfortable with the terms of such policies before providing any personal information.

Visitors of the Tracker are sent anonymous cookies to keep track of their browsing patterns and build up a demographic profile
Whilst you do not need to allow your browser to accept cookies in order to access the Tracker, you must have cookies enabled if you wish to subscribe to one of the services on Tesco.
